Construction & Development Solutions Pty Ltd (iCADS Survey) is a Majority owned Aboriginal company bringing together the combined 40 plus years experience of Directors Troy Harper and Ivan Thompson.
Construction & Development Solutions (iCADS) was established in 2007 to better support its clients requiring Surveying Services on their projects. In 2018 with response to a desire to maximise Aboriginal involvement and employment on current and upcoming projects and to offer more services a partnership with Ivan Thompson from Trenching Systems Australia and Bundu Contracting was formed.
iCADS is Aboriginal majority owned and operated, with traditional links to the West Kimberley through family members of the Yawuru Native Title Claim.
Our team is work-ready with extensive experience, capacity and resources to provide quality and complete services to our customers nationally and globally. Having a national footprint allows iCADS to engage and provide sustainable employment opportunities for Aboriginal people across Australia.

Our projects are supported by our experienced management and operational team consisting of; Operations managers, service managers (engineering, surveying, construction and marine), project coordinators and assistants, HSE Coordinators, and our HR Advisor.
Through our varied projects and people, we have gained an exceptional amount of experience in delivering marine, surveying, construction, mining, heritage and environmental services.
iCADS has also built strong relationships with legitimate organisations, and proven itself by consistently delivering quality services on arrangement of projects both large and small.
